How we handle your information

What we collect
Only what you give us: your name and contact details, what you tell us about your work and what you're looking for, a resume if you attach one, and a voice note if you record one. Nothing is taken from anywhere else without telling you.
The two halves, and the wall between them
What other members see is a curated profile: a short story of your work, what you're open to, and anything you choose to post. You approve how you show up, and you can change it any time.
What stays private to Sage is everything else. We use what you share to understand your work and make the right introductions. It's never shown to other members, and we never quote you to anyone without asking you first.
How we use it
To understand your work, to connect you with relevant people and opportunities, and to give the network an honest read on the sector. Your information lives in a private, secure system. We never sell it, and we never pass it to anyone outside Sage without your say-so.
Your control
Wherever you are in the world, you can ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, or remove yourself completely, any time. We act on it promptly and it is final. Email shauna@sagetalent.co.
