How your information is handled.

Only what you give. Your name and contact details, what you tell us about your work and what you are missing, a CV if you attach one, a voice note if you record one, and the emails you exchange with us about introductions. Nothing is taken from anywhere else without telling you.

Nobody browses anyone. There is no directory, no profile page, no feed. Other members cannot look you up, and you cannot look them up.

The only time anything about you reaches another member is inside an introduction, and only after you have said yes to that specific one. What goes into it is what you put in the form and what is already public. Nothing from a private conversation, ever.

To work out who you should meet, and why. Nothing else. It is never sold or passed outside Sage Talent, and you are never quoted publicly without being asked first.

In a private system that only Sage Talent can open. Voice notes are transcribed so they can be read, and the recording is kept alongside the transcript.

Wherever you are in the world, you can ask for a copy of everything held about you, or be removed completely, any time. Removal is acted on promptly and it is final. Write to shauna@sagetalent.co.
