Sage Talent
How we handle your information
Plain language, no fine print. If anything here isn't clear, email shauna@sagetalent.co.
What we collect
Only what you give us: your name and contact details, what you tell us about your work and what you're looking for, a resume if you attach one, and a voice note if you record one. Nothing is taken from anywhere else without telling you.
The two halves, and the wall between them
What other members seeis a curated profile: a short story of your work, what you're open to, and anything you choose to post. You approve how you show up, and you can change it any time.
What stays private to Sage is the raw material: your recordings, your exact words, our notes. We use it to understand your work and make good introductions. We never show it to other members, and we never quote what you said to anyone without asking you first.
How we use it
To understand your work, to connect you with relevant people and opportunities, and to give the network an honest read on the sector. We never sell your information, and we never pass it to anyone outside Sage without your say-so.
Who processes it
Your data lives in a private, secure database (Supabase, on Amazon's cloud). To make it searchable and to transcribe voice notes, text passes briefly through AI services (OpenAI), which do not train on it and delete it on a short cycle. The app runs on Vercel. That is the full list.
Your control
Wherever you are in the world, you can ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, or ask to be removed completely, any time. We act on it promptly and it is final. Email shauna@sagetalent.co.
